Version 1.1 | 21 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
datixxia is operated by DataTixx SAS, a company incorporated in France (société par actions simplifiée with a share capital of €100, VAT number FR81990454704), with its registered office at 20 Passage de la Luciline, CS 40641, 76007 Rouen, France, registered with the Rouen Trade and Companies Register under number 990 454 704. Contact: support@datatixx.com, +33 6 15 57 54 59.
These terms govern access to the invitation-only datixxia pilot by organisations and individuals acting for professional purposes. “You” means the individual accepting these terms and, where that individual is authorised to accept on its behalf, the participating organisation. You must be at least 18 and authorised to use the service for that organisation. Participation does not authorise you to commit your organisation to charges or other commercial agreements.
The Privacy Notice explains the handling of personal data. Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing, marketing or optional cookies.
2. Pilot period and price
The pilot is offered without charge. Your access starts when your account is activated and ends on 31 October 2026, unless DataTixx extends the pilot. DataTixx may agree an extension in writing and will communicate its end date.
No payment card is required for this pilot. Pilot participation does not automatically create a paid subscription, trigger payment or require you to purchase the service. Any subsequent paid service requires a separate order and acceptance of the applicable subscription terms, including the price, taxes, trial arrangements, renewal and cancellation conditions.
Pilot participation alone does not create an agency, distribution agreement, exclusivity, territorial appointment or commission entitlement. Any such arrangement must be separately confirmed in writing by DataTixx.
3. Accounts and access
Access is personal to each named user. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account. Keep account information accurate and notify DataTixx promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each participating organisation may have up to five named users unless DataTixx agrees otherwise in writing. Access permissions and any concurrent-use limits are those communicated when access is granted. An organisation’s administrator must be authorised to manage its users and must inform them appropriately when providing their contact details.
DataTixx may verify affiliation and refuse or suspend access where there is a reasonable security, legal or eligibility concern.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
For the pilot period, DataTixx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the functions made available to you for professional evaluation, research and analysis.
You may use enabled export functions and share reasonable extracts of your analysis internally. You may also publish independently verified findings and limited extracts or visualisations where the underlying source rights permit this. Identify datixxia and the relevant original sources, include appropriate dates and limitations, and do not imply endorsement by DataTixx. This permission does not extend to bulk redistribution of the database, resale of access, systematic republication or use of DataTixx branding as your own. The availability of an export function does not grant permission to export or redistribute raw source records beyond the relevant source rights.
DataTixx and its licensors retain their rights in the software, interface, methodologies, documentation, trademarks and protected database elements. Original source material remains subject to its own rights and terms. These terms do not confer exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs or override statutory rights of use.
You retain any rights you hold in material you provide. You permit DataTixx to process that material only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, support and security, in accordance with the Privacy Notice and any applicable data-processing agreement.
5. Responsible use and pilot input restrictions
Do not use datixxia unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, evade access restrictions, introduce malicious code or undertake automated bulk extraction without written permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
During this pilot, do not enter unpublished investigations, confidential-source identities, privileged communications, passwords, payment-card details or other confidential third-party material into the chat or support tools. Do not upload or submit personal datasets, sensitive personal data or criminal-offence information for analysis. Use public organisational or procurement information and non-sensitive test material instead. Your ordinary account details and necessary support contact information are handled under the Privacy Notice.
These restrictions reduce risk; they do not remove DataTixx’s obligations for personal data actually processed. Contact DataTixx promptly if restricted material is submitted accidentally.
6. Data, indicators and AI limitations
datixxia analyses contract-award and related information from external sources. Coverage varies by country, source, period, reporting threshold and publication practice. Records may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, corrected or cancelled. Award values do not necessarily represent actual expenditure, realised revenue or payments. Registered addresses do not necessarily identify where economic activity occurs.
Indicators, forecasts and AI-generated explanations are analytical aids. They may contain errors or unsupported statements and do not guarantee future events or commercial outcomes. Signals are not proof of illegality, misconduct or financial condition.
Check material conclusions against original records and other reliable evidence before making decisions or publishing. You remain responsible for your own decisions and publications. The service does not replace legal, financial or other professional advice and must not be the sole basis for decisions significantly affecting an individual.
The chat uses artificial intelligence. Treat its responses as generated analysis requiring human review, not as statements made by a human adviser.
7. Feedback and support
Feedback is welcome but voluntary. DataTixx may use non-confidential suggestions to improve the service without payment or an obligation to implement them. This does not transfer ownership of your material or permit publication of your name, logo or testimonial without permission. Personal data in feedback remain subject to the Privacy Notice.
Send support requests and suspected errors to support@datatixx.com.
8. Availability and responsibility
The pilot is an evaluation service under active development. Functions, data availability and performance may change. DataTixx will use reasonable care and skill in providing it but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected during the pilot.
Each party is responsible for loss caused by its breach of these terms in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss arising from the pilot. A loss is not excluded merely by describing it as commercial loss where applicable law treats it as direct.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other non-excludable liability. Nothing restricts individuals’ statutory data-protection rights or compensation rights. No zero-liability cap is created by the pilot being free.
9. Suspension, closure and expiry
You may stop using the pilot and request account closure at any time. DataTixx may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations or a material breach. Where practicable, it will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue; urgent protective action may be immediate.
DataTixx may end the pilot early for a genuine operational or legal reason, giving reasonable notice where possible. At expiry or termination, access ends unless an extension or subsequent agreement applies. Export any permitted material you need before expiry; do not use the pilot as your sole storage location. Closure and deletion are handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice, including justified legal retention.
10. Changes and replacement terms
DataTixx may propose revised terms, including a replacement prepared by its legal adviser. It will identify the revised version and effective date and notify users of material changes in advance where practicable. Material changes require renewed acceptance before continued access under those changes; users may decline and end participation.
Replacement terms operate prospectively and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If no replacement is accepted, these terms continue to govern prior pilot use. Privacy information will be updated when processing changes; where fresh consent is legally required, it will be sought separately.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without excluding any mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Please first contact DataTixx to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the courts competent under the applicable procedural rules will have jurisdiction. These terms do not impose an exclusive commercial-court clause on participants for whom it would be inappropriate or ineffective.
